Report and miscellaneous support

If you use your own Sparx technology it is highly probable that the built-in report will not work as intended. In order to make a report work based upon your configuration you will then have to create a report using your configuration. Online support

For customers with a product license, we at THIN2K offer online support via Microsoft Teams or Skype for business. This gives us the ability to see what you see and can then help in the analyze and fixing the problem. When the support is over, you close the session and we have no more control over your computer.
