Within the Business architecture we document how the organization itself does its work and is structured. Here we find business processes, competences, business actors, roles and the business unit structure.
The different parts are structured and combined, for example business roles are related to needed competences, business roles are placed and associated to business units, business roles are activated in business process which in turn use governing documentation decided during the strategy work.
